But, he still pitched well enough to win. Let's face it, this game and the lack of offense is all on Roberts and his inability to see that Granderson and Utley are toast. On the strong side, Morrow and Kenley got a day off and I am feeling really good about Kershaw tonight. I fully expect a more fired up team from 1-9 tonight. I would also like to hear that Granderson's locker was emptied out.

Incredibly, Wade Davis's at bat last night, one of the few he has had in his entire career, was much more impressive and professional then any of Grandy's. How pathetic is that?

Grandal walked three times last night. Let's not lump him into the same class as Granderson and Utley.

It sucks for Utley because he has had so many positive effects on this team. His body is basically abandoning him and he can't play this game anymore. Maybe for a small stretch but he is done. The Dodgers should do everything they can to keep him in the organization because he is made for coaching. As a player though, he needs to retire after the season.

Yes he did, but the big story surrounding him down the stretch was drop in velocity & that all he needed was time off. If the Dodgers go to the WS, the FO had better not include Granderson on the roster. They could replace him w/anybody & it would be an upgrade. Roberts can never have Andre, Utley, Granderson, & Grandal in the same lineup.

Guess what? Arrieta didn't give him any pitches to hit hoping he would chase knowing that Fuck Granderson & old man Utley were behind him. That 5-9 lineup was a gift, wrapped in a big fucking bow, for Jake.
