I'm giving Roberts a new moniker: The Cooler. He's an expert at sitting a hot player (Pollock) lest he continue to rake. One exception to the rule is Keeks who is allowed to start everyday despite actually cooling off. Today we get Beaty @DH, who's been in a long slump, instead of Rios. Surely Edwin will be thoroughly cooled off by the time he gets in the lineup. Roberts is having trouble seeing beyond Keeks or Taylor @2B when Max can play there competently which gives him the option to have Joc, Pollock, & Rios all in the lineup.

1. Max Muncy (L) 1B
2. Mookie Betts (R) RF
3. Cody Bellinger (L) CF
4. Justin Turner (R) 3B
5. Corey Seager (L) SS
6. Chris Taylor (R) 2B
7. Joc Pederson (L) LF
8. Matt Beaty (L) DH
9. Austin Barnes (R) C

1. Kyle Tucker (L) LF
2. Jose Altuve (R) 2B
3. Alex Bregman (R) 3B
4. Michael Brantley (L) DH
5. Yuli Gurriel (R) 1B
6. Carlos Correa (R) SS
7. Josh Reddick (L) RF
8. Myles Straw (R) CF
9. Martin Maldonado (R) C

Doofy is sharing the same thought - he is sitting Springer who can't hit water if he fell out of a boat.

3K's in the first inning against a guy nobody outside the Assteriskholes organization ever heard of.

Seags might be a good leadoff hitter not Max. Less DP chances & all his extra base hits + HR's can set the table.

Minus fans, yet this game has a playoff feel. Must be why/because the Dodgers have 7 K's through 3 innings.

Houston folks think Brent Strom is a miracle worker. No mention of the 'roids.

So much for all the talk about Roberts & the team knowing that a slow start like they usually do would be horrible.
