Fun day but I am dead. School starts next week for the little ones. Bayley starts second grade and Luc has his last year of pre-school. Is that right? Yeah, I think Bayley is in second grade because she is all happy about doing fractions in math. I do not know, I still do not get fractions that well. They both go to different French language schools so my grandchildren will be fluent in 2 languages and probably know enough Portuguese to swear. They both have uniforms and me and Paula went to pick them up. I love Bayley's uniforms. They are like sailor suits with collars and bows, but she also gets to wear pants on the cold days and shorts under her skirts because well I do not know. It is a girls' parochial school and I love the colors, light blue, white and yellow are the colors. The skirts are 2 lengths, knee length and they have a longer skirt for colder days. They are now allowed to wear tights in her grade and she was all excited. Luc's uniforms are blues and tans. I could not believe the nuns make them wear uniforms in pre school but this is Quebec and they have their own rules here. At least he does not have to wear a tie. One of the people we ran into today says her son is in 9th grade and they have to wear ties to class in the fall and winter.

After we did all that, we took them to lunch and Bayley tried to act a bit too grown up and she wanted a coffee. She did not like it. She got mad because both me and Paula laughed at her, but when Luc laughed at her she tried to kick him. Paula told her if she did that again, she was going to take back her new sneakers. They were some kind of fancy Adidas she had to have because her best friend, a girl named Stefi got a pair. I have met Stefi, she is just as spoiled as Bayley. She is the one who keeps on begging Bayley to play tennis but Bayley says tennis is no fun because you cannot get dirty. I do not know how she is going to do it this year. She has softball for another 3 weeks and then she starts playing futbol, plus she has her music lessons and she wants to do judo. The boy who lives next door to them is doing judo and Bayley likes the idea of that kind of stuff. She tried karate but it became too much for her, but she says she is older and can handle more stuff. She also wants to play hockey and so does Luc. Hockey scares the hell out of me.

It was Wednesday night, so Chris ordered dinner for 9, Chinese food and all my faves. There were no leftovers. Sad to say. He also went out and picked up eclairs for dessert because that is what Tatianna wanted. Right now, I think he is either watching a baseball game or reading that book about the dead detective. He got a huge box of books today about some kind of real hero who builds a kingdom. He says it is one of those stories where a guy gets killed and he is sent to a fantasy world. He loves those. Oh, that was a killer yawn. I hear my bed calling me. Have a good night.

Ugh! It was raining outside when I woke up. It is really muggy today and I know I will feel icky all day. I was up at like 6 this morning, I had a nightmare and I got Chris all mad because he was planning on sleeping in. I kind of hit him in the head because I had one of those dreams that seemed way too real. I cannot even remember most of it, but it was like I fell into the ocean and kept on sinking. Now, I kind of get why Chris hates the ocean and will not swim in it even on the shore. So, he is up and he says well I cannot kill you so do you want to take a walk and clear your head. We ended up walking in the rain to get donuts and pastries with the dogs. The dogs were happy and I was fast getting ready. It only took me 30 minutes, which if you know me is a record. Hey, brushing this mop of hair and picking out the right outfit takes time.

I thought we got too many donuts and stuff, but the girls reminded me that donuts are a food group and what was not eaten this morning, went to work with Jos, she won the rock paper scissors thing. I think that was Chris's plan because 2 dozen donuts and another dozen of danish is way too much. I know because he made me carry it. That was my punishment for waking him up. By the time I got home, I was sweaty and I felt nasty. Katja gave me some shit saying that I was stinky and deodorant is cheap. I will get even later. Took a shower, got changed and went to get my donuts. Stupid girls took the ones I liked, so I ended up with a danish that had peaches. It was pretty good, but I so wanted my tractor donuts.

My morning was not over. Chris had me help him find stuff in the freezer for dinner tonight. We are having minestrone (thank you, spellcheck) and I get to try to make barbecue Philadelphia steak sandwiches with peppers and onions and cheese whiz tonight. The minestrone was in a plastic thing in the freezer and that will be easy, but we had to get a brisket ouf of the fridge, put it in a quick marinade, then we have to smoke it, and then slice it up. I hate that I had to chop mushrooms, peppers and onions already. I do not mind the chopping part, but Chris telling me I am not good with a knife really pissed me off. He tried to show me, but with his hand in a cast, he had to use his other hand and he was just as bad as me. It did not help while I was choping to have Ally sniffing me for some reason. Stupid dog tried to stick her nose up my backside and I waved the knife at her and Chris said do not kill the dog, like I was going to do that. But, that dog picks the worst time to make sure I am who I am. She does this all the time and at the wrong times. Like on Monday while I was getting the table set for Chris's birthday dinner and she stuck her nose up my dress. The dog has a nose that is made of ice. Sam, who was helping me, thought it was the funniest thing ever. I got a pervert dog and my best friend likes that.

Ok, rain is stopping and I can see the sun. I guess it will not be a totally rotten day. I could see if Chris wants to do something today. The stores open in like an hour and I kind of feel like I deserve some shopping. He said as soon as the brisket goes into the smoker, we can go out and I can get my shop on. I got something like 3 or 4 hours to shop. I am back. Damn, the animals must hate me today. Frankie was under my desk and I did not know it and she nearly made me shit myself when she jumped in my lap. I honestly screamed and made Chris run in. The bad part was that the cat got scared and because Frankie has a bladder like a baby, she pissed on me. Another shower and another change of clothes. Guess who gets to do laundry today, yeah me. Freaking cat is going to find herself in the dryer if she gets close to me. Holy crap, it is like 10 now and I have been up for 4 hours and I have gone thorugh 3 outfits and 2 showers. I hate today a whole lot. Laters, brisket is smoking and I hope I can find some good sales.

What's a tray and sherzer? That is all Chris has been saying for like two hours. Finally got his help to cut the brisket. It was being kept warm and moist of steam tray on the stove. He showed me how to make garlic bread and then he had me cut the meat at an angle and then heat it up on the grill with peppers, mushroom and onions. Then I put on the toasted roll with cheese whiz and some sauce and it was pretty good if I say so. Katja said it was ok, but I think she is trying to get me to tell her what I am going to do to her later tonight. Maybe I will turn off the hot water in the morning or pour a smoothie down the back of her shorts.

Got my shop on and got lunch today. Found some great sales. I hear prices are going up down in the states, but I can find tons of bargains here. Even my favorite lingerie store was having a sale. I told the girls after I was done shopping, so they had to go down after work. They have a problem paying for the stuff I buy for them. That is why dinner is so late tonight. Kind of chilly tonight, I had to pull on some jeans tonight. Usually, I am in shorts or a skirt until bedtime. It was a pretty good day. I am eating my sandwich and he made up garlic potato wedges with it, so I need to gargle before I go to bed. Vampires do not like garlic. Yeah, I said it, Chris is a vampire. He is mad at this brother for telling him that he is a vampire. Like Mikki says how else can you explain that he is like eight years older than me and he looks younger. This will be the new gag this holiday season.

Ok, dinner is done and I washed up what few dishes we used. Oh, that is right I have a danish for dessert. We got ice cream too. Good times. I think I will go up and watch some old tv shows. One of the networks up here is running a Bundy's marathon. I loved that show. Laters.

Waiting for everyone else to get their morning waffle. Paula is handling brunch today. I did what I could with easy stuff like fruit and drinks, but I am worn out from yesterday to do anything really. The softball game was at 8 yesterday because they have only one field for the little girls and they have 5 90 minute games on Saturday so they start early. See Bayley will play one game like during the week and we try to go but usually I do not because that is when the mosquitoes come out and they like me. Chris goes but the games are at like 6. So, Bayley had a really good game, she hit 2 balls to the fence and she got to hit a third time because she usually gets 2 times and then comes out of the game, but they were short girls and she played the whole game at first base like her uncle used to. Oh yeah, her last time to bat, she hit a ball way over the fence. Chris says because they set up a fence for the little girls it is only 150 feet and the balls they use are almost as hard as baseballs so they go pretty far if you hit them right. They are smaller than regular softballs because the girls have smaller hands. Bayley only missed 2 throws and a ground ball. It went through her legs and she was looked at between her legs as it rolled all the way to the fence. That was funny. I told Chris her glove is too big and he said he and Paula and Thierry talked about it and said she will grow into it. Something about the glove getting worn into shape.

Dr. Torgrimsson, that is what the other parents call her, was her usual self. Everytime Bayley would come to hit, she would cover her eyes and start praying or something. Then when she hit the ball, Paula would lose her shit. Bayley hit a double and you could hear Paula over at the snack bar which is a really long way away, screaming at her to slide. Chris was taking Luc to get a water and probably a chocolate bar because he had chocolate all over his face when they got back. Paula said she is going to make Chris pay for this dental visits. Like she has never bought the boy a Reeses ever. I know for a fact that she has 3 bowls of M&M's where the little ones can reach and she keeps boxes of Snickers in her freezer. Sure, no chocolate there. Paula got a new tattoo on her foot. I gave her some crap because she was supposed to take me when she gets new ink. I need something new, too. I was thinking of getting one on the back my neck, but Chris will not take me to the artist. He says I have enough on me right now. We have that discussion like he calls it, about one time a week. I will say I want get some new ink and he says he gets to pick where I get it and then he tells me where and I say that will hurt too much. He thens says if I want one so bad, I can drive myself down and figure out how I wll get home because he knows that I am dead after a session. Paula, Katja and him are fine after getting tattooed, but me and Tatianna are like noodles and almost dead. Enough of that. I have a waffle finally. I will be back in a minute or 10.

Ok, had brunch and now working on my second espresso. Luc had his futbol game around 8 last night and they had the lights for them. That was pretty cool. He got another goal and he got filthy. They was a huge puddle of mud just off of the pitch and he slid into it like 5 times. I wish I knew who thought white uniforms were a good idea. The coaches talked to Thierry and Paula about Luc playing for an U-8 team, next year. He would be the youngest kid on the team, but they think he could be ready to play with older boys. Paula wants him too, but Thierry is worried he might not get that much playing time because they do not have rules where every boy has to play. The coach of the U-8 team told them he will play. He is playing at that level already. Thierry says it is a lot to think about and he will have a long talk with Luc to see if he would like to try. That means traveling to games and more practices, but you could tell that Thierry was pretty happy about Luc being so good. I know, deep down, he would love it if Luc was good enough to go the CF Montreal Academy. That is the MLS team here and that is how they get home grown players. They usually sign them up when they are like 10 to 12 and they get trained by professional coaches. Sometimes, if the kid is really good, they will not wait for them to turn 10 and get them into the program at like 5 or 6. As a grandma, I want him to do his best and he does have a lot fun playing. It seems like everytime he comes to our house, he has his ball with him and he will practice with it for like an hour.

No barbecue tonight, it is starting to rain a little bit, so Paula and Katja are thinking about going to Costco to get some nice steaks, with Chris coming with to pay for everything and baked potatoes. I like that. Steaks sound really good. Ok, I gotta stop, they are leaving and it is only me and Jos here with the kids because Thierry had to go to the hospital for some kind of consultation on an emergecy thing and Tatianna is sulking because she fell on her ass in front of the church. No one bumped into her or anything, but because she wanted to be taller, she wore her 6 inch heels and the trips over air, so she falls and because tomorrow is her wash day, she thought a short skirt was a good idea. Now, we know she stil owns granny pants. Beige ones, too. Lots of people laughed at her and she ended up curled in the back of the car hiding her face. I told her she could borrow a longer skirt, but she knows it all. I know, I have done the same thing, but I learned my lesson. She will probably do it again. She also skinner her knees too. So she is probably grumpy that she will have to wear pants all week at work. She says that pants make her ass look big. It is a family curse, get over it. Chris and Thierry call it the Urban Girl Ass. I know what they mean and we all can blame it on our great great grandfather who liked dark meat like Chris says. They had 14 kids and all of us are related through them. Just that Tatianna and Domi's mom was also an Urban Girl, they have the curly hair. Alright, Bayley wants me to braid her hair, so I gotta go. Laters.

Hi, I hate Mondays. Yeah, for a San Diego girl that phrase is kinda scary. Ok, no history class today. Our dance class is done. Our instructor got herself knocked up and because all of the other classes at the studio are full, they will call us when they get a new instructor. Back to yoga classes. Ugh! I am ok with yoga but I always get stuck next to a person who is super clumsy and falls over a lot and I might get squashed. I know because me and Sam joined one this morning at 7. We see open spots on the floor and sure enough I get next to a person who cannot stay balanced and keeps on falling into me. That would not be so bad, but she smelled too. Yeah, I shouild not make a big deal about it, but wow, she smelled like my dad's shoes. I wanted to gag and I could not get out of there fast enough. The plan for now is to get there early and get a spot far that person.

The little ones went to school today. I was sent pictures of them in their uniforms. So freaking adorable. Paula must have gotten up at 5 to get Bayley's hair done. Bayley told me yesterday that she hates the bow ribbon they have wear around their collar but they have to wear it. I can see why now, it just droops because it is so big. Paula told me that they have to wear the bow and sailor suit until 5th grade, then they get a different outfit wtih a white blouse, skirt, vest and they have to wear a necktie. Bayley loves the necktie. She has 3 more years before she can wear that uniform. Paula said she pouted because Luc gets to wear a necktie starting in first grade. She punched Luc this morning because he gets a tie in first grade. Paula says Luc is used to it and did not even care, but Bayley got a smack on the butt and got told that her new fancy sneakers are getting put up for a week. Paula said it made her laugh because Bayley got all drama about it. I do not get it, she cannot wear the sneakers to school and they do not start PE until 5th grade, mostly it is them playing on the monkey bars and slides. Oh, thats right, Paula said she had to ask what color shorts were allowed for under their skirts because hanging upside down on the monkey bars is something Bayley loves to do. They told her white would be fine and Paula said the God must hate her for a lot of reasons because white is an invitation to get filthy and she hates the smell of bleach. At least they said ok to Bayley and Luc's backpacks. Last year, the backpack had to be one color with no designs on it, but this year they can have designs and can be any color. Chris took them out last week and let them pick their backpacks, but not at a place like the Bay or something, but at the anime store. Bayley got one for Sailor Moon which is cute, but she wanted one for some show about Titans but it was too mature. But, it was ok for Luc to get one for one piece with all the girls on it having huge boobs. Not really fair, but Luc is all boy. He tried to bring his toy cars with him in his backpack today. I thought that was hilarious.

Paula is coming over around lunchtime because with no kids at home, she says she can get lonely and it is just as easy to get her work done at our place with free food than her place where she has to make her lunch and stuff like that. I wanted to ask about housework or laundry but I bit my tongue. Knowing Paula, the place is probably as clean as an operating room and she is like Chris with the laundry because that is all they worry about when they do it and it gets done fast. I am betting she was washing clothes 5 minutes after she woke up the kids. Probably yanks their jams off of them and has them in their bathrooms getting their teeth brushed and all that other stuff as soon as they eaten their breakfast. Oh, that is right, in our like hour long phone call this morning, Paula said Bayley wanted donuts today and Paula told her to get that idea out of her head, it is oatmeal, fruit, toast, milk and juice and get used to it. She said Papa would get her donuts and Paula said Papa is going to catch hell if he brings over a box of donuts in any morning. I told Chris this and he said well then I am going to have to bring Tim Horton's over tomorrow. I swear, he just loves to stir shit. She will probably punch his shoulder because that is what she does when he pisses her off. Gee, I do not know where Bayley gets the punching thing from.

Ok, time for a shower because I got like 90 minutes until Paula is over and I have to not look all sweaty and crap. I said that out loud and of course big ears said I sure am. I know why he gets punched a lot now. No one is going to take a shower for me so off I go. Laters.

Hi, I am back. So busy the last 3 days. Because they want Paula to be at the hospital more and they let her know that at the last mintue, me and Chris are now a taxi service. This morning, like Tuesday and yesterday, we had to get up early go pick up the grandkids and take them to school. We also had to go to what is show and tell with Bayley yesterday. I guess the nun who teaches Bayley's class wanted to have grandparents come in and help the kids or something. I am not sure what it was but both me and Chris ended up having to stand in front of Bayley's class and get introduced by our granddaughter. It is kind of scary to stand in front of 18 little girls and have them look you over and stuff. Our granddaughter is pretty good at this stuff. She stood in front of her class and said this is my Gammy and Papa. Gammy is pretty and she likes to take me shopping for clothes and she is a lot of fun. Papa is really tall and he gives me money all the time and I like watching anime with him. We had to say hi and the nun, Sister Catherine asked all the grandparents if they could help in class. Chris got to show them some math stuff on the board and I think he would have been a good teacher, he had the girls laughing and stuff. He got an applause and then hid in the back.

After that, we had to have lunch with the kids. They eat a helluva lot better than we did. I remember our lunches being stuff like meatloaf, instant potatoes and rubber green beans. These kids get to choose from pasta, rice and potatoes, three kinds of main dishes. That day it was breaded pork cutlets, chicken breasts or sliced turkey. All with a light gravy and the veggies were stuff like Brussell sprouts, broccoli and spinach. Even the deserts were good, frozen yogurt, fresh fruit or some kind of cobbler thing that looked like blackberries. Chris said if he had this to choose from, he would have never brought a bag lunch to school. After lunch, Bayley gave us a tour of her school. It was so cute, she had to hold each of our hands so we would not get lost. It is a really nice school and the buildings are like brand new. They have the nicest gym for the girls but there are still things they need to fix. Bayley said they get lockers and stuff for gym stuff like leotards and uniforms but that will not be until the spring when the lockers are all fixed. They had no gym class that day but next week they will be having stuff like tumbling and badminton. Like Chris says, it is nice that the nuns are everywhere and making sure no bullying or stuff like that goes on. At the end of their day, the girls have to thank the nuns for teaching them and to head to the chapel for a quick Mass before going home. I love it because it reminds me of my high school, where there were no boys and the nuns or priests ruled the place. I only saw one priest and he is like the vice principal. I have to say this, Bayley is pretty popular there. She has like 5 or 6 friends who hang around her desk during their breaks. Sister Catherine thanked us for coming and asked Chris if he was a doctor like Paula and Chris goes kind of, I am a doctor without drugs. Sister Catherine looked at him like he was nuts, but he said I am a Ph.D and the best I can do is Tylenol. She was happy to hear that beause she asked if he could come back and help in the future and he said he would love to.

So, tomorrow, we have to do the same thing with Luc's school. it is pre-school, so it will probably be reading to them and stuff like that. I kind of feel like I will just be there for show. I really did not do much other than talk to the other grandparents and answer 2 questions. One little girl asked how old I was and Bayley did not know and I was not saying, but Chris said 29 and then he mumbled for the last 22 years. Another little girl asked where I was born and I said Brazil and the whole class knew where Brazil was and all that. These girls are a lot smarter than I was in second grade. Chris got asked a ton of questions. Like how tall was he, why his arm was in a cast, why was his hair so long, why did he have on a tie when no one did and did he play basketball. Chris asked them why they did not ask how old he was and one girl said Bayley says you are like a hundred. He like slumped down and said he is only 98.

It is almost time for us to head out and pick up the kids. They get out of school at 2:30 and if today is like yesterday, we get to be the bad guys and make Bayley do her homework and find something to keep Luc out of her hair until she is done and both can watch TV or play with the dogs. We had to pick up some little kid Legos for Luc because he does not get homework. Bayley gets homework every day. One page of math, spelling and a book she has to read and write like a page on what it was a about. She tries to get Chris to do it for her. He told her, he has finished school so he does not get homework anymore. The books are like 20 pages long and pretty easy to read. Yesterday's was about dogs and Monday's was about snow. They were actually fun to read. Yes, I read her books because I am interested. Okay, we are getting ready to go. I just have to put my shoes back on and find my glasses. I lose them about twice a day. Laters, found the glasses and found my laptop open. I thought I had finished. Gotta go.

Hi, I am back from playing with Luc. Chris had to help Bayley with today's homework because today and tomorrow are French days at her school. I knew it was something like that. It is a bilingual school and on Monday and Wednesday it is English all day and the rest of the week in French. I cannot even spell in English so French would be impossible. I now get why there seemed to be only about half of the kids the other day had grandparents there. I think Wednesday was the day for the grandparents who can speak English and another day for the French grandparents. I guess that makes sense. Today, Bayley had spelling, math and grammar. She said she just finished and Chris said it was time to put the casseroles in the oven. One is a taco casserole and the other one is a chicken casserole. Dinner is like in 45 minutes so I guess it should be done then. Yeah, thats right because Paula will be here at 6:30.

Both grandkids are telling us they like to come here after school because they do not have any chores. I asked them if they wanted chores? Both got worried because they said too much. Chris said he would pay them to clean Aunt Sissy's room. Katja is Aunt Sissy to them. Bayley is the money person and she goes how much. Chris said for a good job, 200 dollars. Bayley gets all excited but Chris tells her if she does a bad job she has to pay him. She goes how much. He asks her how much has she got. This child is loaded. She had 85 in Canadian. Chris said that sounded right. I know what he is going to do, he is going to say it was a bad job and Bayley will cry because she likes money. Then he will give her the money anyway. I know it is worth it because those girls are the worst at cleaning lately. Bayley starts to think and says for a hundred can you help me Papa. Chris does his thinking pose, which is him rubbing his chin and going hmmmm a lot. Chris tells her if she eats all her dinner including the beet salad and gives him a hug and kiss later, he will help her and give her 200. I kind of thought that was his plan. She does not like beets, but for money she would eat them. Luc is going to help me set the table and feed the dogs and cats. I will probably give him just as much even though he just sticks it in his bank at home.

Speaking of Katja she just parked in the garage. I cannot wait for the what the hell is going on in a few minutes. I told Luc to cover his ears because Aunt Sissy is going to use some bad words. There it is. Ok, she is up here with Chris and I told them to take it down the hall because of little ears. I am sure she will say violation of something and Chris will tell her she is a pig. He keeps it simple. I think it is time for me and my grandson to set the table and get the ice tea machine running. We might need 2 pitchers for dinner. Laters.

It is great to be Canadian today! We got the gold medal in women's futbol. That's right! Uh huh, uh huh! Jump up and down happy. That wore me out. First time I had some time to type. Luc wore me out at school and after school. They do a lot of stuff at his pre school. They start by having their CCD class and then they get to hear a story from their teachers, do some like simple math with blocks and stuff and then read a story by Dr. Seuss. See, we have not cancelled him here. Then they get lunch and after lunch they can do art and after that go outside and play. I got to help them play outside. We played hopscotch and I taught 2 little girls how to jump rope. I am surprised I can still jump rope but it comes back to you really fast. Because the school is taught in French, I kind of sat there and looked bored. Chris helped some with their art projects. Mostly paste and colored paper. Luc made a house and a dog. He got the shapes right for the ears and tail. But, the dog was a weiner dog.

I was hoping he would take a nap when we got home, but he was full of energy and chased the dogs for an hour before crashing on my lap. I put him on a bed so he could get a real nap. He does play hard and he is full of energy at school. Chris finished helping Bayley with her math homework and since she got paid 200 dollars for helping clean up Katja and Jos's room, she talked Chris into taking her to the mall so she could buy some new sneakers and some stuffies. She also wanted to find a Team Canada futbol jersey but Chris said he would buy it for her for doing great on her spelling test. She got 19 of 20 words right. She is not spoiled, at all. I asked Chris to get one for Luc because that would be fair.

Dinner tonight is gong to be lobster mac and cheese. That stuff is made up at Costco and you just heat it up. So, we bought 2 last night. It is easier than doing it ourselves or having it delivered. Oh, last night Katja and Jos had to pay Bayley for cleaning their room instead of Chris. He shamed them into paying by saying, your niece has to clean up after 2 adults and she does a better job than you guys do, so pay the girl. Paula, when she showed up, was proud of Bayley and gave both Katja and Jos a piece of her mind about being slobs. She told them to grow up and be responsible adults. I can remember a certain bottle dyed redhead who was a pretty good pig in her day, too. It is funny what a clean freak partner and two clean freak kids can do to a person. I think she erased her memory of her younger days, but me and Chris can remind her sometimes. I think tonight is a good night for Chris to tell the story of the drunk ripped pants Paula. That one is always good for a laugh. Best, funniest 1 in the morning call ever. Still remember Chris telling me about her stapled together pants and the shame walk to the car with her holding them up as best as she could in a lighted parking lot. I love having all these embarassing stories to tell about those girls.

It is like midnight here and Paula and Thierry just left. They did not want to wake up the kids, they fell asleep around 8 and looked so cute sleeping in Chris's man cave on his sofa. They were watching some Japanese cartoon with a really long name and then just started sleeping. They did not even get their dessert. Chris and me made a German chocolate cake so we packed each a slice. It was funny, Bayley said she did not like lobster because she has never had it. As soon as she tasted it, she could not get enough. For a Costco thing, it was pretty good. Chris sounded happy. I guess the Dodgers are winning. All I know is that he never makes it to the end of the games much anymore. Usually, he is in bed by midnight and that is ok with me. It is more fun when we go to bed at the same time.

Oh, I forgot to tell you about Bayley's game on Tuesday. They were short girls again, so she got to play first base the whole game again. She struck out for the first time this year, but then she hit a home run, so it was ok. She also caught a fly ball around the base and then tripped over the base and landed on her bottom. It was funny because she kept on rubbing her butt the rest of the game. Paula said she got a nice big bruise from that. We went to Chez Tousignant after the game for hot dogs and poutine. That girl got a lot more gravy on her jersey than in her mouth. Paula made both of them mad because she said baths are happening when we get home. I can imagine, because that means that Paula has to wash Bayley's hair and that is a chore. The girl might have thicker hair than me.

That was nice. Tatianna left a piece of cake next to me. I was thinking of passing on the cake but it does look good. Dogs are fired up. They are having the dog olymipics where Violet chases Ally all over the house. It is funny to watch because Ally will stop, let Violet catch up and then take off again. The cats are sitting on the kitchen table, yeah they do not get boundaries, watching them closely. Looks like Violet is slowing down because she got lapped. I guess Chris is done watching the game. He is going around turning off lights so I better call it quits. I am not allowed to bring the laptop to bed anymore after the last time I left it in bed and he rolled on top of it. Laters.

Hi, too much stuff to do today. Futbol at 9, softball at 1 and then lunch with 2 wound up little ones. We had to pick up pizza for them because except for fast food because everywhere else is packed because it is Saturday. Luc got his first ever red card. They give out red cards at this level. He got mad at a boy on the other team and pushed him down. That was way out of normal with Luc. He hardly ever gets mad and he does not even care when his sister punches him. We found out the other boy kicked him in the knee and he said, while crying to his dad, that it hurt a lot and he said he got real mad. His dad told him if it ever happens again, just yell like hell, grab your knee and point at the other boy. You will get a free kick. It was like a bunch of lights went on in Luc's head and he got it. I am not kidding, we think Thierry may have created a monster. I so hate watching players go down and scream like they have been shot because someone bumped into them.

After that, we had to head over to the softball park. Bayley only has one more week of softball before the season is over. Then she gets to play futbol in the girls league and she is also going to start her dance classes. Paula is still on the fence with the martial art classes she wants to take. Girl has homework every night and it is harder than last year's. So, her softball team just had enough players again. Seems that 2 of the girls, the twins, started gymnastics two weeks ago and cannot play now. If their parents knew this, why did they sign them up? Then 2 other girls have split households and both are living with their dad because of school districts and live in the city. I gues the dad does not have time to drive his daughters to Laval for ballgames. Anyway, Bayley had a good game but she also missed a ground ball again. Girl does not like to bend over and 2 runs scored. She got to hit 3 times and got to the bases each time. No home runs but one ball hit the fence and knocked it over. The fence is just a net stretched out from one side to the other and sometimes a girl will run over it. She told Chris she wants a new bat next year and to get pitching lessons. Of course, Chris opened up his wallet to pay both kids for I do not know what for. Each of them got 100. I wish I would have gotten money for when I was a kid playing sports.

Then we went to a pizza place that Paula recommended because it is close to their house called Pizza Bob LeRoi. That place is fast. We ordered online and when we drove up, they had all 3 of our pizzas ready. Not bad for 3 family size pizzas with lots of toppings. I told Paula 3 was too many but she said she knows how much Sissy can eat and she was right. I think Katja ate like 9 slices. Chris says she is a glutton. I like that word. Of course we had to stop by a liquor store so she could get beer because pizza needs beer and Paula does not buy the beer she likes. She drank four bottles, so she was comfortable like Chris says. This is why we cannot take her to nice places because she likes to say she is a great drinker but she is not. She just drinks more than the rest of us. Dinner will be late tonight because we were going to do something easy like ordering out for pizza, but instead it will be order out for Chinese food. Chris says he will order it in an hour because he says he is still full from a late lunch of pizza. I am too. Ok, time to find something to watch. I see we got some new movies or maybe I will see if that Suicide Squad movie is streaming. The last streaming movie I saw was Jungle Cruise and I thought it was kind of stupid. Maybe this one will be better. Laters.

Speaking of beer, I'm into IPA's myself. Regular beer is like making love in a canoe. Fucking near water.

Anyway, today I bought a six pack of Elysian Space Dust IPA. The street leading into Dodger Stadium was formerly known as Elysian Park Ave. before being renamed Vin Scully Ave. Gotta' do whatever it takes to turn the season around.

Katja picked up two six packs. one that came home with her called Eau du Mort and the one she drank at her sister's house is called Love Dust. I do say that Love Dust is not bad. It has a nice flavor and is not bitter at all. The other one is kind of spicy. Jos also loves Love Dust, so that might be their favorite but the other one is supposed to be really strong. Me, I am just a Molson girl. It is easy to find and Chris says it is pretty good for braising meat. I am up late tonight. I watched that Suicide Squad movie and it stunk, so I went to see what Chris was watching and he was with the girls for his horror movie night. Big mistake, these were really scary. I caught the end of one called the Cleansing Hour which I think I have seen and it was still scary then the next one they watch was Satanic Panic and I thought it would be funny but it was so scary I had to crawl under a blanket. Now, I am going to be glomming on Chris all night long and any sound is going to scare me. I even have left a light on in our bedroom because I am a scaredy cat. I do not know how they can watch those movies but I think they are broken.

Still not totally awake. I did not get much sleep last night because of the scary movies and when I did fall asleep, Chris had everyone up for Mass. It was not good. Chris was tapping his foot, good 2 shoes Jos was ready when we were supposed to go and me, Tatianna and the hungover Katja were holding up everything. I know, every Sunday is like this. I pick out my outfit on Saturday night and then I put it on and it looks terrible because I ate too much salt. It only took me 3 outfits to find something that worked. At least I was not walking out to the car with my dress hung up on me and my ass showing like Katja. Chris asked her if she was enjoying the breeze and then she grabs her ass and turns like bright red. Chris then says, keen choice of stripes girl. That was the topic during brunch when Chris told the story to Paula and Thierry. Paula just says, way to go, Sissy. At least you made sure the dress was zipped up this time. That started it. Katja then says I remember someone walking out of a bar with her pants stapled together and needed Papa to get them to the car because they were drunk as hell. I think that person dropped her pants in the middle of the dance floor, too. So it was one up time for those two for an hour. You can tell they are sisters. Even after all this time, I do not get how they can call each other Sissy and not get confused.

Chris took the little ones outside when this started because this is not the kind of stuff they need to hear again. It was like 5 minutes after they had eaten that they wanted to play in the pool. Probably because they saw Ally jump off of the diving board into the pool. It is pretty warm today and the next 3 days are going to be hot. That dog would always be in the pool if we let her. Tonight is barbecue night. Chris got out 2 different kinds of ribs and they are going to try to make a fast potato salad. But, the little ones wanted Chris to play throw them into the pool. That went on for like 45 minutes before Chris said his broken wrist was atarting to hurt. He told me that those two are getting too big for him to toss around the pool. Paula was hoping that Chris would wear them out so that they will go to sleep early tonight. It is a fight to get Bayley to go to sleep on school nights and Luc is monkey see monkey do. I think it will be pretty easy when they start their sports during school. Luc has swimming and Bayley has dance and futbol. Chris said he thought Luc wanted to play hockey and Paula told him to shut up because both want to play hockey. She is hoping that something like karate or judo might be better than skating on ice. She said hockey is really expensive and those two will probably kill themselves playing. Chris then said why not badminton or volleyball, neither will get hurt doing that. Paula liked that idea.

Right now, I am sitting and hoping to get a laptop shaped tan line on my stomach for fun. It is easier to lay on my stomach and type, but every 5 seconds I hear a grandchild say Gammy look, I am doing a cannonball or I am standing on Sissy's shoulders. So I have to sit up and type because it is too much work to keep on flopping back and forth. I think I need to do what Tatianna does and wear noise cancelling headphones. I do not think she is listening to anything, I just think she loves the quiet. For a girl who works 5 days a week, she has a great tan going. She is the color of a bottle of Starbucks iced mocha. Me, I am like one shade darker but kind of blotchy right now. Chris said I should stick with one bathing suit all summer because I have uneven tanlines. Paula bitched at both of us for having a great tan when she says hers faded from one week at work. Ah, the poor dear had to go to the office and could not work outdoors in a bathing suit. I still think it would have been funny if they had done one of those Zoom calls while she was supposed to be working and found her laying outside in just her bathing suit bottoms. When the kids are with us, she tells me she can do that because their fence is 10 feet high and both neighbors have a one story house. Must be nice. I could do that but I got the big goof here and dogs who like to lick me all the time. Kind of gross. Ok, I think I better give Katja a break in the pool. She is looking tired. Laters.

I love when the phone rings at 6 in the morning. I figure it is always bad news and for a change, it was not. Sort of. Paula called us and she was having a meltdown. I guess the remote work for McGill U. Hospital is being stopped. So, she has to be at the hospital every morning at 8. That is bad for her because she did not have time to plan for a person to make sure the little ones got to school and had someone to get them to their practices and stuff after school and also watch them until either Thierry or Paula got home. Chris told her that both of us have nothing to do and nowhere to go, so we would love being the taxi, lunch, and babysitting team. So, from now on, one of us has to go to Paula's house to pick up the kiddos around 6, so they can eat breakfast, get dressed, get Bayley's hair all ribboned up and get them to school by 8:30. Chris said since he is usually up at 6, he will handle that. So, he heads out today, in something weird for him, sweat pants and a t-shirt with his hair all tied up. He has the worst bed head ever. The girls were bummed, that meant they would have to handle their breakfast, but he said he could still make their lunches. They could have me make breakfast, but I think a bowl of cereal and toast would get old fast.

So, I am half awake making sure that they eat their breakfast, which is by Paula's rule, oatmeal, toast, orange juice and milk. Make sure they bursh their teeth and wash their faces. Then I had to help both get dressed. Luc is easy, just throw on some pants, a button down shirt and either a vest or jacket depending on the weather, lucky he already knows how to tie his shoes. Bayley is the hard one. First getting that wormy girl into tights is hard as hell. She wants to wear tights even though it will be hot today because she hates wearing shorts under her skirt. Too many things to do before going potty. Ok, whatever. Then the blouse has to be just so. No wrinkles, so I got the steaming thing out to make sure it was nice and smooth. Then the skirt, again make sure no wrinkles. Then the vest and sailor collar thing and finally that god damned ribbon. Before I even get her dressed, I make sure she hits the bathroom because I am not doing this twice. Then comes brushing her hair and and tying ribbons all over the place. It is a girls school, but she has to look good. Then I tell them to make sure their backpacks are ready, no toys, no cell phones, no mangas and no candy. Just their small laptop, books, pens, pencils, binders and tissues. Then I sit them down while Chris makes them their lunches with the girls. I think they will be the only kids who get rice and veggies in their lunches. Chris loves to make those Japanese things called bento boxes and he was happy as hell to do it for the kids. They got rice, a rolled omelet with cheese and veggies in it, some cut up carrots and fruit and for a treat, he tried to make those sausages that you cut up to look like octupuses. The girls were mad because when he makes them up for them, he usually will fry up breaded chicken breast pieces and put in sauces, but he told them time to eat better, no more fried chicken. Katja told him if he is holding out on the chicken, she will go on strike. Chris told her it was either that or buy your own lunch. The tightass said she would give healthy a try.

After all that, me and Chris drove the little ones to school and that was a madhouse. Had to make sure that Bayley did not run in front of the cars because she saw her friends and I had to walk Luc to his pre school, it is next door to Bayley's school. He told me he had to hold my hand so I did not get hit by a car and I had to give him a kiss when we got to his class. He is a very serious boy. So, we are heading back home when Paula calls us to ask if we could pick up the kids' uniforms, they are hanging in her laundry room and also grab their change of clothes for the week, along with underwear and shoes just to make it easier for her. She also asked if we would not mind washing the uniforms and she would pay for the detergent, food, gas, etc.... Chris told her to keep her money, we would be fine just with spending time with our grandkids. She also said there might be some nights where the kids will have to stay over because of work and Chris said we got bedrooms and that would be fine. I think she was overwhelmed because we had her on speaker and she got a hitch in her voice. She told us we were lifesavers and she said I do not know how I will pay you back. Chris told her to be quiet and not to worry, we were on the job. I knew this would happen but we were thinking they would give her some notice, but that did not happen. I know when we got home, we were beat. Then after having a cup of coffee and nibbling on some bacon, it was time to plan after school snacks, dinner and making sure that Bayley has a desk and does not use the kitchen table and that we have stuff to keep Luc busy. We also got a PDF of their afterschool schedules. Bayley has a ballgame tomorrow at 5, Luc is starting his swim class on Thursday at 7 and Bayley's dance class is right after school starting on Friday. Then Bayley has futbol practice twice a week starting next Monday. Luc's U-8 Futbol will start practicing on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's starting next week also. Our Saturday's are booked forever. Bayley's girls futbol play on Saturdays and Luc has his first swim meet two weeks from Tuesday. It is only like 45 minute to an hour and all they do is swim one lap and then diving. At their age, everyone gets a ribbon. Then we have dance recitals, and in November, Paula has hockey signup on the PDF with a question mark. Those kids will be busy, but that should keep them out of trouble. Oh shit, Chris says we have to go online with Ikea and order a desk for Bayley to put in the room that will be hers, next to Tatianna's. Chris says they can deliver the desk by 5 today. That cost more than the desk I think but whatever. Luc gets the room across the hall, so we need to find a toy box, also from Ikea, and a chairs and stuff so that they have a place to get away from adults. He also thought we might need to get bedding that would be something they would like. Both beds in those rooms are for guests but we do not get many guests lately, so we are going to try to find queen sized stuff that would make a kid happy.

Are you kidding me, there is kid type bedding for queen sized beds online. It can be expressed here tomorrow. I would have never guessed. Chris is making a list of what we would need for the little ones. Yes, video games if they have time and he is going to look for that new PS5 they can share, toys and lots of juices, He told me I might want to buy them jams, underwear, socks and stuff so that they had extra clothes in case of accidents. Good lord, I think I am going to be completely worn out because we have like an hour to do all this stuff before we pick them up. Some of the stuff can wait, but we do have to stop by Paula's house on the way and I had to remember where I hid her keys. Ok, we are out of here. Laters, pray for us, we are going back in time. Funny thing, we both are excited about this.

That was not bad. Bayley finished her homework and Chris found a PS5 and it should be here by Thursday. The guys from Ikea are here right now building the desk and toy box. Chris is with the kiddos watching the guys work. As soon as they are done, we are going out to buy some stuff for the little ones like extra clothes, chairs and whatever else we can find to spoil them. Of course, Bayley spilled her juice all over her uniform so that is in the wash and because Luc is a boy, he had dirty knees on his pants and some paste on his vest. We had a helluva time getting all the uniforms out of the laundry room. I did not know that Paula like 5 days worth of uniforms including jackets and hoodies. We figured it was easier to just buy them new underwear, socks, jams and stuff to wear after school than to dig through their closets and dressers for stuff. I almost forgot to grab a couple pair of shoes before we left for each kid. I also made sure to get a list of the toothpaste, soap, shampoo and conditioner they use for them. Dinner is going to be take out. We asked them what they wanted and both said hamburgers and onion rings. Looks like 5 Guys tonight.

Bayley asked if they were spending the night and I told her her mom said she would be here around 7 tonight so you get to sleep in your own bed at home. But, I told her that when you do get to sleep in your bed here, you will have a Sailor Moon bed spread and your room will be next to Tatianna's . She was all happy because she says Tatianna is like her big sister. Luc asked where is he going to sleep. He said he hoped with me and Chris. We said nope you get your own room, too. Papa got you all kinds of My Hero Acadamia stuff. Luc thought for a second and then he asked if that was the one with All Mighty. I did not know but Chris said yes. Luc did a happy dance. Ok, they are done and Chris tipped them for coming quicker than expected. Bayley loves her new desk. She says it is a big girl desk with drawers for pens and stuff. She can even plug her laptop into it. They start these kids on the laptops early. Well, we are out of here, lots of shopping to do and dinner to pick up. Laters.

Ok, completely worn out now. Kids are probably home by now, Paula was here before 7 to pick them up but first had something to eat because she said she was dragging, too. Lucky, we picked up a hamburger for her, too. Even though she was tired, she had Bayley and Luc dragging her to see the rooms we gave them and all the new clothes, shoes and toys they got. My husband cannot say no. I wish he was like that with me. Paula just told us we are spoiling her kids and I pointed at Chris and said he is spoiling your kids. Do not blame me. I was looking at sales not CA$200 dollar sneakers and all kinds of video games. So, who gets the big hug, the big idiot. Me, I got a thank you and a pat on the shoulder. Who does she think was there having her daughter try on pants or helping her pick jams and underwear? It sure was not the big idiot. I know this now, our granddaughter knows how to read a price tag. If something is CA$25 dollars and something else like it is CA$40 dollars, she goes for the more expensive. Chris just looked over my shoulder and told me to put CA$ in front of the amount. People will figure it out. I fixed it. Look, what do I care about money, I got credit cards. So, we, meaning him, managed to fill up two closets and two small dressers with clothes for the little angels. Ok, that was my plan anyway. Chris even found a Montreal Canadiens hockey jersey for Luc that he put on as soon as he got home. We could not find one in Bayley's size, but Chris ordered one when we got home.

I look at it like this - Bayley finisher her homework, we got them clothes and we fed them. We did our job as babysitting/taxi service. We washed their uniforms and we set it up that Chris will pick them up at 6 each morning, instead of Paula of fighting traffic here and then into the city. She just had Chris promise no donuts for them in the morning. I am sure he crossed his fingers when he said he would make sure they got healthy breakfasts. I know he will pick up donuts this week for them or make them pancakes one morning. Oh wow, that was a killer yawn. A root beer float sounds good because it is still super warm outside. The girls were happy about hamburgers and fries, but now they are outside goofing in the pool with Ally. Chris did have to poke the bear today. Katja is just getting home and she is grumpy when Chris is telling Bayley to make sure she puts her dirty clothes in our hamper and brings it to the laundry room. Maybe, your Aunt Sissy can learn how it is done and do it herself. He knew she was home and so she went downstairs, slammed a door and then 5 mnutes later her hamper is in the laundry room and she is caling him an evil old man. He says, whatever works. I swear, one day, they are going to kill him in his sleep. He did not tell Katja that he paid Bayley for the chore. I am sure if he threw few loonies into the deal, she would bring her hamper up before it got way too full.

Husband can read minds. He made me a root beer float. More ice cream than root beer, but who is bitching? I think it is time to sit down and put on Disovery Plus. I found they have Iron Chef America on there and I am going to catch up. Me, the float and maybe a cookie or 2 will head out to the living room and watch some tv. Laters.

It was easier today with the grandkids. We think we have a good system now. Chris picks them up, we get them fed and dressed. The only hold up is Bayley and her hair ribbons. It felt like I spent 30 minutes tying ribbons in her hair. Got them to school earlier than yesterday and it was not as crazy. Still had to tell Bayley to not run in front of cars. We had to stop by Paula's house to pick up Bayley's softball uniform and then the hospital to get her softball bag from Paula's car. She met us out there and had to give each of us a huge hug and tell us thank you, again. She also told us that it looks like tomorrow the kids will stay over because she said she is having a department meeting at 8. I asked how come so late and she said it was something to do with her department boss just coming back from vacation and then he is going back on vacation on Friday. Must be nice, I guess. Theirry is still in Minnesota with some weeklong seminar on heart disease.

Ok, bedding showed up and so did some more stuff for the little ones. I am beat, changing two beds is hard even with Chris. But, the worst part was the curtains that Chris got. Hanging curtains are not easy even though he is tall it was like we could not get it right until we finally stopped and did it step by step. The bedding is so cute and Chris even got rugs and wall hangings to make it feel like a kids room. At least we got dinner planned. Chris decided to go easy and make up enchiladas. So, when we got home I helped him get them ready and then we put them in the fridge to be cooked later. Girls are just going to have to wait to eat until after the softball game. Chris also got all the chairs built. We picked up some smaller like computer desk or gaming chairs at Best Buy for them and Chris is like light speed on building chairs. Even with his wrist in a cast, he can build a chair in like 10 minutes. I am just nibbling on a nectarine and listening for the beep of the dishwasher so I can unload it. Chris did not get them donuts today, but he says that he was asked by Jos to pick up some tomorrow, so she can bring them into work. I hope she is paying for them, the last time she said she forgot and it was for 3 dozen donuts. I will remind her that donuts cost money, too. I know it is only CA$45, but it is like each week and I do not know if she pays Chris or thinks it is part of free rent. I can see Katja doing that, she thinks we are the Bank of Montreal, but Jos does not seem like that. I bet he gets an extra dozen and sneaks one each to the kiddos.

Still hot today. I want to go swimming but there is no time today. I will give it a shot tomorrow. It is just that I feel like I am dragging because last night, I was so amped up from all the stuff that I did not fall asleep until like 2 and then I was up right after Chris left and had to get all cleaned up so I could make up oatmeal and the rest of the kiddos breakfasts. I wish I knew how Chris can do it. He was up around 5, all cleaned up and out the door before 6 to go to Laval to get the little ones. It was funny when he got home, I had to go out and get Luc because both him and Bayley had fallen asleep on the ride over and he was carrying Bayley in. For the first time ever, Tatianna was up early and dressed so she could help with the lunches and stuff. Gotta stop now, Chris says we have to go get some milk and orange juice. I knew there was something on my list than I missed. Laters.

It was a not a good morning for Chris. He leaves here right around 5:30 to go pick up the kiddos and there are some clouds. The minute he gets the little ones it is pouring. He got soaked because the little ones are in jams, he used his jacket to cover them and got rained on himself. He gets them here and he has to get dry clothes and then make lunches. Even though it is not cold, he still made everyone thermos's of soup he made overnight. It was chicken gumbo with all kinds of sausage and veggies in it. I even had a bowl for breakfast and it was amazing. He made up sandwiches for everyone and lots of veggies and fruit. No super sweet stuff again which pisses off the girls. That was funny because Chris picked up three dozen donuts for Jos and as soon as Chris went to strap Luc into his car seat, she sprinted out with Tatianna to her car to avoid paying Chris. Chris fixed that. He caught Katja before she had left and gave her a bill for donuts. He told her he would take a check because it was like CA$600 for all the donuts he has bought for Jos to take to work. It was funny because I think Katja has maybe wrote 2 checks in her life and it took her forever to fill it out. She kept on saying that she does not get why she has to pay and Chris goes joint bank accounts make it both of your's bills. She was so pissed when she left she forgot her briefcase and her lunch. She came back like 5 minutes later and told everyone to not say a word.

Both Bayley and Luc were all fired up this morning. Neither wanted to brush their teeth and Bayley was especially ticklish and wormy today. I might have did some tickling but that is my right. Luc got his pants on but seemed to forget he had a zipper and did not tuck his shirt in. I found out that it was buttoned crooked. Then each had to wear hoodies because it might rain, which it did as soon as we left the garage to take them to school. Bayley almost left without her backpack. She was standing at the garage door and I asked her if she had everything and she said yes, so I said check your backpack. The look on her face was half oops and half mad. Lucky I brought umbrellas for them. This is where Chris got rained on again. Luc wanted him to take him to his class, so he had to share Luc's tiny umbrella to his class and then get rained on the way back. He just said no one talk to him either. It was kind of cute the way he grumped. I know you should never call a 65 year old man cute, but it was.

Right now, he is in his third outfit of the day and he just called the weather bimbo a lying POS. He is not happy and the books he ordered are being delayed, so he had to dig through his bookshelves for something he has not read yet. He said he found 2 he has not read and they are kind of thin. He was pretty loud yelling at himself for not being prepared with books he has not read. Knowing him, he will race through them in like 2 hours. He is doing a lot of talking to himself and he is pretty mad at himself. I was going to ask him about lunch, but I think I will just have some of this soup that is left and a small salad. I was going to ask him about dinner because the little ones are spending the night, but I are scared he might bite my head off. Well, I am going to keep on hiding here and let him be grumpy. I am sure he will figure out something for dinner and I am just going to be quiet. Laters.

Oh shit, where is my brain? Bayley had a huge softball game. She hit 2 balls over the fence and caught a flyball or a pop up. I do not know which. The enchiladas were great. We had them with a dirty rice and refried beans with tons of cheese and salsa. So good. Paula showed up as soon as the food hit the table and sat down to eat with us. She said it was the first thing she had eaten since her cottage chees and toast this morning. She was like Katja and inhaled 3 of them. Bayley kept on saying, Mommy is being like Aunt Sissy and not breathing when she is eating Paula got kind of embarassed and Katja told her that is not going to work, you are pig like me and live with it. That was the dinner show. It was kind of sweet when Paula went to leave, both Luc and Bayley were sleepy and Chris got the job of taking them to the car. Bayley told Chris that she loved him and he got a wet kiss from her. Luc was already asleep but he talks in his sleep even though no one understands what he is saying. Chris did that Hank Hill thing where he says the boy is not right. Chris asked if she would like him to follow her home and help her with the little ones and she said it would be great if he did, she is dead on her feet. I went with because I was hoping for an ice cream on the way home. I got better than that, I got an invitation from my grandson to sleep in his room and make sure the ghosts do not come. I was tempted to say yes, but Paula said he has to get over the ghost thing. I guess he woke up one night and saw a shadow on the wall and it scared him. Paula said it was the night light behind his giant Pokemon he has in his room. Paula moved the pokemon and no ghosts. Ok, now I am done.
