It is snowing! Big time! I am better now because maybe someone will fire Pete Carroll. I did my million mile ride on my Peloton and then jogged uphill for like a half hour before I got a nasty cramp in my leg. Chris said I smelled like fresh goat, so a nice shower with the door locked. Now, I am all clean and spent a good 45 minutes with my hair. I got a good breakfast today, too. Chris made me crepes and bacon but he was nice to me even though I know he was laughing at my team all day yesterday.
Tatianna is all happy about her Fiat 500X. I had to ask Chris what kind he got her and this is what he told me. I have not had a chance to get a ride in it, yet, but Jos says it is comfy and the sound system is really good. But, we have to make sure she has room in the garage for it, so the car that is Chris's has to stay outside and get covered in snow because Katja needs her car kept warm and the car that is mine that I only drive sometimes stays covered, too. Then the other garage is for Jos's poor little car which is about to die. Chris knows her birthday is soon and he is thinking of getting her a mini Cooper because everytime she sees a commercial for that car, she sighs. Anyway, every morning, Tatianna gives Chris a huge hug when he is making her breakfast, and Jos's and Katja's, and a kiss on the cheek. She has been playing by the rules to not let the car get too low on gas and to wear full cover jams around the house and no Daisy Dukes until summer.
Dinner smells good. Irish stew tonight with lamb and soda bread. Right now, Chris is making another Lego. He finished his piano and it does work. He has to plug it in and play it with his smart phone but he did Smoke on the Water on it last night and it was not too bad. He went down to the Lego Boutique in Laval this morning. I know he stopped by Paula's house, too, because he came back with caramel rolls and new masterpieces from the little ones. He said he spent like 600 Canadian on 2 Legos. An Italian sports car I cannot spell and a Land Rover. He is all happy and has taken over the dining room table for his building area. I wish I knew what makes him like doing stuff like this. Last summer it was the model cars and now, it is Legos. As long as he is quiet and not having his lunch in the bathroom while I am taking a shower, I am ok.
Damn, I am hungry now. He must have heard me. He just asked me if I wanted a sandwich or soup. I think a sandwich will be easier, so I am getting a chicken salad sandwich and carrots. Oh cool, he made me a fresh lemonade and said that he picked up some cookies at the bakery. Nice, I get my lunch and a drink with my fuzzy boots and a fire going so I can watch Discovery Plus and wait until the girls get home. So happy.
