Chris has been listening to this song called Red Swan like all day long. I know the singer's voice is familiar but I cannot place it. It must be something big because when I heard it on the regular radio and it was something like number 2 song in Canada and the first song by a Japanese artist to get that high.

Ask Chris if he has ever heard of this group.

We saw them in last year and they are so cute. The bass player is scary. He looks like a zombie. The girl who does most of the singing has such a strong voice for such a tiny thing. Chris wants to see them again when they tour. They do a couple songs in English, I think one is called 3 and the other one is Resistance. We had great seats but we went with Pointy and she was down near the stage where they jump around and she said that is the best.

Oh, before I go to bed, if you can find it, the two back up singers can also play guitar. Chris says they are not awful like some Japanese idol singers who try to play and ara a mess. We saw one at a show in Japan who's guitar was not even plugged in and Chris said that she had no idea what to do with her left hand. She could not even air guitar good.

Fell asleep listening to Supertramp's Breakfast in America. I was like 9 when it came out but it was my favorite record for like 3 years. He downloaded it on my iPhone and he gave me an early birthday gift. It came on the Amazon truck, that is what I call Fed Ex. It was a stereo with a turntable and four big speakers for my exercise room where I can play records. He gave me an Amazon card and an FYE card to buy records, so I was on line buying stuff when I fell asleep. I will finish tomorrow.

My personal favorite bands by decade:

1960s The Beatles
1970s Pink Floyd
1980s tied between Ozzy Osbourne and Van Halen
1990s to present Dream Theater

Looking forward to this coming tonight and spending my weekend delving into this:

I am fooling around with my new iPhone. Chris loaded like 600 songs on there. He just loads albums of things he thinks I will like and I get my listen on. Today, while I was mainlining coffee, I was listening to this Japanese band called Orchestra of Love. They are not bad. I am trying to find some Japanese heavy metal but Chris only loaded Baby Metal for me. Pointy told me to upload 2 bands, Cynthia and Aldious. Both are girl metal groups and she thinks I will like them. Like KY, I had bands I loved for like a long time. Supertramp was my favorite band in elementary school, I loved Styx and Foreigner in like 7th through 9th grade and when I was in high school, my favorite band was Night Ranger and I love Ozzy. Now, I just listen to whatever is blaring out of Chris's office because he seems to like everything but Bruno Mars or Taylor Swift.

I am just waiting to go to lunch with Chizuru. She says she found a great Korean barbecue place in the city and after that, we can get our shop on. This is a working vacation for Chris. They, damn, I forgot the word, got like five manga series they are going to produce and they are trying to figure out budgets for each and that is where Chris comes in. He is the money person. Or like he says, he is the "No" person.

Talking about sports talk radio callers, on the season thread, reminded me of the only time I ever called in to a radio station. The station was asking for people to call in and vote for their favorite classic rock song of all time. On that particular day, this is the song that got my vote.
