Dave Roberts can go fuck himself for punting this game. He put out the Sunday special and got rewarded accordingly. His pushing of Granderson is fucking insanity, at this point.

Oh, but, hey, Kershaw tomorrow! (eye roll)

This was a joke. It was a rookie manager move to put a lineup like this out there. Congrats fucknut, you gave a wounded dog time to feel better by assuming that you will win the series so this game doesn't matter.

We need to get into their BP tomorrow night early. No Wade Davis so they are going to be thin. We have KJ rested as well as Morrow.

Maybe Roberts won't be cute tomorrow with the lineup.

Quintana goes so Forsythe, Barnes, Kike, & Culby go while the Grand canyon, Andre, & Utley sit.

Less pissed now. Herself is begging me to take her to Germany and it seems like a good idea. Figured we weren't going to sweep anyway, but losing because of definciencies in Roberts' reasoning is very avoidable. Granderson should never have been on the playoff roster and I see little purpose in Utley as it appears Forsythe is getting his legs under himself. I know I don't want Pederson playing much at all but he is the lesser of two evils. Simply put, this front office, no matter what happens, needs to find a viable candidate to handle left field, be he righty or lefty, but preferably righty. As it stands right now, that is our only weakness. I have suggested JD Martinez and I have seen some wonks saying we should open up the checkbook and send a couple prospects to Miami for either Ozuna or Yelich. I can be on board for either. Might cost us Verdugo and Alvarez, but if we win this year, I would like to win again next year and adding either would be an upgrade over what we have now and in the spring.

I guess someone else gets to start tomorrow's game thread. I was hoping I'd get to start 11 consecutive playoff threads, but Roberts didn't want to see that happen.

Alex Wood didn't regain his velocity after all the days off. Avg. FB at 90.
But, he still pitched well enough to win. Let's face it, this game and the lack of offense is all on Roberts and his inability to see that Granderson and Utley are toast. On the strong side, Morrow and Kenley got a day off and I am feeling really good about Kershaw tonight. I fully expect a more fired up team from 1-9 tonight. I would also like to hear that Granderson's locker was emptied out.
